Together we will identify:

DESIGN
For a L&D strategy, we will develop:

SMART learning objectives + outcomes,

outlines and storyboards if needed, and
-
the instructional approaches that best fit the target audience(s).
DEVELOP
We will build L&D options by:
-
working as a collaborative team of instructional designers + subject-matter experts,
-
prototyping + testing key modules,
-
engaging effective learning strategies + learning assets, and
-
delivering or supporting trainings as needed.
MEASURE
We will painlessly collect data throughout the L&D process according to tested measurement rubrics.
We will evaluate the impact of the L&D option at the individual and at the organisational level if relevant.
