DEFINE
Together we will identify:

target programme outcomes,

prioritised job behaviors,

gaps and strengths to build on,

how we will measure success, and
-
what other non-L&D actions are required.
DESIGN
For a L&D strategy, we will develop:

SMART learning objectives + outcomes,
-
outlines and storyboards if needed, and
-
the instructional approaches that best fit the target audience(s).
DEVELOP
We will build L&D options by:
-
working as a collaborative team of instructional designers + subject-matter experts,
-
prototyping + testing key modules,
-
engaging effective learning strategies + learning assets, and
-
delivering or supporting trainings as needed.
MEASURE
We will painlessly collect data throughout the L&D process according to tested measurement rubrics.
We will evaluate the impact of the L&D option at the individual and at the organisational level if relevant.

CHILD PROTECTION
From introductory modules to more specialised sessions on child abuse, violence, neglect and exploitation, we build learning and development opportunities based on our partners' requirements.
